A White House visit by Russian President Vladimir Putin took an unexpected turn when a drug addled and delirious Donald Trump dove under the table and bit the Russian President's leg. It took several minutes to wrestle the President to the ground and fit him with a muzzle so the meeting could continue.
The talks were supposed to be about negotiating an ending to the Ukraine crisis but devolved further into chaos when it became clear Trump had no idea where Ukraine actually was or what was happening there.
Putin later told media sources that he was "Shocked and perplexed" by the President's behavior, as only hours before he had been ranting on twitter like normal.
White house spokes person Sarah Huckabee Sanders later told an unruly press core "Trump did not bite Putin. Trump has never bitten anyone. Trump is a good boy. Trump has never, is not and will never be..a bad boy."
Trump was later seen begging for treats from Mitch McConnell in return for signing off on this years budget.
