Negotiations over the next Federal Budget Spending Bill become chaotic yesterday when Senator Chuck Schumer employed unorthodox tactics against the obstinate sitting President. Daily Q's own White House correspondent Shirly McWhirlem was on the scene.
"Trump was rambling on about the boarder wall when suddenly Chuck leaped forward and yelled "Gotcha Nose!" reports Shirly. "Trump was freaking out and eventually begging the Senator to return it. Schumer made him cut out any wall related spending and had him sign the bill right there in the office. Trump was weeping pitifully by the time a satisfied Schumer returned the Presidents nose."
"It was totally spontaneous" Says Nancy Pelosi who was present for the event. "I think something just snapped inside of him. You could see the fury in his eyes and then he just leaped forward." Democrats showered Schumer with praise after the successful maneuver, some even calling for general adoption of the tactic against the Republicans.
But right wing commentators did not take the loss lying down. Fox News personality Sally McRally said "These are playground bully tactics being used against the President. The Democrats have resorted to the lowest of the low, but, as we have said for years in the Republican Party, when they go low, tunnel your way underneath."
