Speaking at a conference, renowned movie director James Cameron made headlines today when he announced his plan to "Write, produce and direct Titanic II, Return of the Ice burg".
Cameron went on to explain that the film would be an "Action thriller about two mismatched cops on the beat in New York City", a description which puzzled and dismayed many movie critics. "They are following the trail of a killer" describes Cameron, "One who leaves mysterious puddles of water at every crime scene. Finally the detectives realize it's the same Ice burg that killed the Titanic!"
Sources within Cameron's production team also came forward, describing details of the already completed script, such as "Helicopter chase scenes, alien invasions and an underwater sword fight." The release date has yet to be set, but it is likely to be at least 2020 before the project is completed.
