Nuclear negotiations with North Korea made an unexpected breakthrough today when Kim Jong Un offered up full Nuclear disarmament in return for diplomatic immunity so he could realize his life long dream of opening a comedy club in New York City.
State department officials are apparently taking the offer seriously and have even begin to investigate what type of legal protection could be offered to the Dictator. "He would have to deal with a lot of hate" Said a high ranking diplomat. "He is an evil mass murdering dictator with the blood of millions on his hands. But if he wants to channel that into comedy, i guess I can't blame him!"
But New Yorker's where more than angry about the proposal, some even went so far as to call for Kim to be citizen arrested should the move go forward. Some were more understanding and consider the offer a good trade off in return for giving up Nuclear weapons.
According to sources in North Korea, Kim has already gone so far as to choose a few possible names such as (Translated of Course) "Fearless Leaders Laugh Factory" and "Punchline and Firing Squad".
